Default Armor Calculation under MoL - help/explination needed

So I was testing out some new pieces of gear this morning and ran into something that does not look right. This could be the way its being calculated versus the way I am calculating it but either way, I cant make the numbers match. I am currently sitting with a full set of Keepers battle gear plus T1 plaque gear plus a few drops from T2's.

Here is my armor before and after MoL today

    Before: 4367
    After: 10102

Again, I have no other buffs up. The tool tip reads "increases Cleric's Armor by 100%, plus an additional 1% per point spent in the Justicar soul" I have 51 points in Justicar so based on my calculations, assuming everything is addadtive, it should be.

    Base: 4367
    +100% for MoL: 8734
    +51% for Justicar points: 2227
    Total: 10961

I am 800 armor short or approx 3% damage mitigation off. I checked Endurance and I am using the same calculation method there and it works out closer. I start with 546 and a 90% increase is 1037.4 and my stats show 1036. Its off a bit, not sure why, rounding maybe, but that still does not explain the 800 armor I am missing. I did a spreadsheet of the calculations and it looks like its only taking 31/32 points into account.

Am I way off on trying to calculate this? I checked Radak's guide and I dont see anything about how MoL applies the armor bonus but I sure cant make it calculate correctly. This would explain why clerics take more damage at higher gear as it just would not scale if this calculation is off. Any help here with explanation or verification would be great.

    Armor of Virtue.

Your base armor in 51justi: 4367
Removing Armor of virtue: 4367/1.15 = 3797.4 (Armor of Virtue added 569.6)

    add MoL: 3797.4 * 2.51 = 9531.5

    add armor of virtue back in: 9531.5 + 569.6 = 10101.1

    Close enough

To explain what Quitemode typed out a little better, there is base stats, and then buffed based stats: meaning for armor:

Take the sum total of the armor on your gear. This is your based armor stat.

Add any passives to your based armor from the tree (Armor of virtue) and this is te buffed based stat. This is the stat number you'll see in the character sheet without hovering your mouse over it.

Anything active buff will boost the base stat and then it's all additive. Like Quitemode showed in his post. The equation can look like this:

    Total armor = base armor + (base armor * x) + buffs

    X = total multiplier

So if you have two abilities that have 5% and 45% increase to armor, X will equal 50% or .5

    Hope this helps.

Just to add some additional information.

Armor plating counts as base armor and as a result is affected by Armor of Virtue and MoL. So total formula is this

    total armor = ("gear from armor" + "armor plating") * (2 + "points in justicar" / 100 + 0.03 * "points in armor of virtue" + 0.03 * "points in flame ward") + if("Armor of Treachery"=TRUE;215;0) + max(if("Tempored Armor"=TRUE;504;0);if("Anthem of Glory"=TRUE;656;0))

(hope I didn't miss any buff)
