Heal Targeting? thinking of going cleric

So how easy is it to target people for heals, I'm thinking of going cleric and I was wondering this.

Fairly easy.

Use a basic mouseover macro for each of your primary heals and you're gold.

cast @mouseover "spellname"

Put that macro on your toolbar, hover the mouse over a party members portrait (or raid box) and press the button.

and if you are familiar with that other MMO, you already have "Grid" and "Bartender" so really all you need is the mouseover macro and you are GTG.
