Cool AoE/Melee Leveling Build (Need Comments and Criticism)

I have been messing around with souls and trying to optimize my points wherever possible. After much messing around in Stillmore, I have come up with the following build...
    http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=10...z.quMc0xc.V0xz

I need some input from anyone who thinks this could be tweaked better. It is mainly an insta-cast spell and melee build without any channeling or range spells (use the given ones just to aggro). I realize it won't get the big DPS numbers like other builds, but a lot of survivability is built in. Also to note, I use my staff for the weapon.

    I don't get it.

That is a level 50 build.

How would you be using that for leveling?

EDIT: That said. search the forums. This has been answered many times, and better than I ever could.

if this is a lvl'ing build, there's no need for that much survivability...and if i was going into justi that high, i'd rather have the even justice talent...

Ok, if this is a leveling build there is a few key skills you need if you are going to roll Inquisitor. You need to hit Contempt. This will allow you to tag many mobs with Vex and stay alive easily because of the healing. Fanatic's Faith will help you with healing but also help kill mobs quicker because of the higher crit damage. Clinging Spirit is great because it increases the magic damage mobs take when using Soul Drain. Mental Resilience because this means your Vex hits harder and you get more healing. Fanaticism because this gives your Soul Drain a big boom which just blows ups mobs. Then there is Circle of Oblivion which is just pure power for AoE pulling.

You need to drop Justicar as the points to raise your armor is not needed seeing that Vex is more then capable of keeping you alive. I would switch to Cabalist. You would want to put points into Stroke of Denius as this is a pure DPS gain. Then Death's Grasp as this is also a pure DPS gain. You can also put points into Entropy as this increase both Circle of Oblivion and Vex which leads to more healing. The points in Sentinel are perfect.

I would build your way to this when leveling: http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=00...igx0qz.VxV.V0x

When you hit 50 I would switch to this: http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=00...Vgx0qz.VtV.V0x

    My rotations would be:

    Single Target -
    Spiritual Deficiency
    Vex
    Sanction Heretic
    Bolt of Judgement
Use Bolt of Depravity only when it procs. Also use Fanaticism then too.

    AE
    Fanaticism
    Soul Drain
    Circle of Oblivion

If you want to do large pull just Vex all the mobs and round them up then use the AE rotation.

I'm pretty sure this is trolling because it is neither melee nor aoe.
