    Default Divine Cascade made useful

    It is a simple fix:

    Divine Cascade deals damage to 3 targets around the affected ally for 10% of total healing done by the Cleric for 15 seconds.

    This should have the internal cooldown removed to make it useful, and would allow scaling based on big heals as well as small heals or HoTs. It would also take overhealing in to account.

    Whaddya think?
