    Default Inqustior/justicar.

I've been trying out a new PvP build for clerics.

    The inquisitor(32-35)/justicar(30-32)/purifier build.
    You get:
-A spammable AoE heal(just use your "life" DoT on somebody)
    -A spammable selfheal.
    -A shield.
    -Damage
    -Awesome self healing
-Your damage heals group members(not that effective)
    -15% damage reduction.
-You will win in a 1vs1 against rogue's/warriors(depends).
    -A "short" stun.
    -A root.
    -A very effective heal(5min CD)
    -A combat revive.

Have you actually played this build? Because you wont be able to kill the main rogues and warrior builds. They'll just CC you and run off if they are getting low on life, range will win. Even if you can heal yourself you wont outheal the damage taken. DPS clerics need some sort of ranged skill or something to close the gap.

    I'm pretty sick of it.

    It does have ranged skills..
    Its a ranged dps build..

If they get low, they will die to the DoTs.
But most seem to think they can still kill you at 25% hp.
The heals are enough to outheal 1 dps(from my own experience)

Nice spec, I tend to take Sentinel as 3rd soul, for another Life-damage-dot which is spammable. Without it, I didn't have much conviction to do something useful with. And I'd like to know why you are happy to have a shield when you don't have skilled stalwart citadel ;)
So my (dot-) build would be like this: http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=10...Mx0Vz.AuMooxcz
or with citadel instead of Hammer of virtue when shield-builds tend to do a bit more damage.

I don't really use a shield(loss of SP is not worth it)

I1ve been useing this build since beta 4 it is still my fav build for lvling, world pvp and warfronts .

It also have 3 points leftover to either pick up silence from sent or picking up rightious mandate from just , if you want another single target heal.

been having a lot of success with this build

start off with bewilder and purge their buffs and slow them

then fantacism+trinket and bod->sh, that should get most players to at least 60%hp, then boj+vex, if they start running away stun them, sh should be up again in a sec.. use that and purge any hots on them keep applying pressure and come in with a fear if necessary

i can survive most players pretty well, the extra armor is great against warriors/rogues who jump me while i have nothing dotted up, and the extra heals (and group heals) are perfect as well

ill prob end up droping justicar and getting the pvp soul once i get higher rank but for now this is my fav pvp build by far (ive tried out several)

imo having the 51 pts in inq is a must since u need the stun for extra pressure and the utility a lot of the talents provide helps a lot as well... i would only go about 44 in but the extra pts are worth it... maybe with higher prestige rank ill go 44inq/12just with the rest into pvp

@Sabaka - I use the same tactic but with Inq/Cab to get obliterate. If I get the opener I win - no one can live through mezz>debuff>snare>dot up>and a 3 stack obliterate. Awesome if you can hide while guarding a flag in codex...they die before they can turn around. But if they open on me, its iffy. Depends if I get stun locked. If I can mezz then heal up or not to recover.

Been thinking of trying these justicar builds for survivability but I dont want to lose the burst.

Anyone else tried Inq/Cab? What are your thoughts vs this Justicar build?

Im using this build for Black Garden and other zergy warfronts for quite some time now: http://rift.zam.com/en/stc.html?t=10...0t0qz.euMo0xco

Its very similar to the other builds posted here. If you dont mess up, and keep your dots on many targets at the same time, its almost impossible to die.

Its somehow like the miracle pvp build that should not exist. You have a lot of damage, a lot of survivability + good cc (aoe fear and 50% snare!!) + awesome healz with Doctrine of Loyalty.

    Rotation:
    Spiritual Deficiency
    Humility
    Fanaticism -> Sanction Heretic
    Purge
    Vex
    Banish
    Sovereignty
    Bolt of Radiance
    Life's Vengeance
    Harsh Discipline
If the Target isnt dead, reaply dots and slap him in the face with censure and strike of judgment while using all the instants when off cooldown.

Really love that spec, so good damage, very mobile, so much survivability, + good aoe healz. Its so much better than any pure Inquis build because of the awesome survivability + aoe healz from justicar. And the sinergy between the souls is one of the best. Every dmg spell is either life or death dmg.

Would you mind posting your spec? I'm Inq/Cab/Ward atm and building on the fly. Having some success in WF's but like to see others.

    Thanks
