Why am I so squishy? [Inq/Cab/Sen]

Okay, I'm in no way an expert on what to play or how to create a class.
But at only level 23, I'm really tired of getting killed off every two seconds, people!
If I do kill anything, I'm usually close to death myself. I'm wearing mostly chain armour and I have a two handed weapon.
I just wanted a really "mwoahaha" super high DPS cleric. ;-;
Can anyone help me out with my Cabalist role?

The problem is that you are specializing in Cabalist rather than Inquisitor. You are missing a key talent to your survivability which is Contempt from the Inquisitor soul. In PvP you DoT as many people as you can tab target with Vex and watch the heals roll in. While questing, you will put Vex on any mobs that are attacking you to mitigate much of their incoming damage.

Cabalist is really all about AoE damage which makes it not so hot for leveling nor for PvP. In all honesty the Inquisitor AoEs are just as strong. Once you get higher and you get Circle of Oblivion, you will be able to mass pull packs of mobs and just use Soul Drain and CoD to melt them down.

Cabalist is doing nothing for you at this level so your off points are better spent in Sentinel. You can substitute Purifier for Warden if you would prefer a HoT over a shield every 30 secs. Regardless, your survivability will jump a lot and you will find that your damage is better as well.

i was just about to say the same thing... at 23 i felt great, at 27 i feel almost unstoppable (pve)

in PvP if i roll my AoE spec, i can easily top the damage charts in the few Black gardens that i have run that is, for whatever that is worth, which may not be much.

but a fanaticsm - soul drain, on 4 targets is insane!

also i put no points into my third soul, and use warden for the hot. rolling Vex heals on 4+ targets and a hot is pretty sexy.

with contempt and vex, one other nice add is the epic greater essence sold south of argent glade - it has a chance to throw a HoT on you for every healing spell cast. beautiful thing is, every tick of contempt counts as a heal. this thing procs often and helps a lot with multiple pulls (as long as you vex them all)

Personally I would roll with Inq/Pur/Jus until you hit at least close to 30 then try out Cab. Cab ain't fun in the early lvls, easier to lvl with Inq. Justicar works well with Inq's Life Dmg spells for building convictions up for instant healz and Purifier is great for the shields and extra healz. Instant healz and shields=YOU DIE LESS, hint, hint.

Once you unlock all the must have core Cabby goodies try Cab/Sen/Pur, you'll still have insta healz and shields and higher lvl Cabs don't need **** from Inq tree imho.
