Melée clerics do not take long memory to crushing blow spam for massive blow to refresh because shaman/Druid have so many other attacks to do during massive blows cooldown right?

theres that, and also that it doesn't really proc a lot in the 15 seconds massive blow is on cooldown. i found it would proc maybe once a minute. not really worth 5 points.

Not really. People don't take it because Massive Blow is a burst damage skill based on proc chances, without burst damage.

I top 1.2K MB with a blue T1 2h hammer and tanking gear @ lvl 50. Other classes were hitting this like 20 levels earlier then us. Inquisitor could smack you with a Bolt of Depravity for that at least 15-20 levels before us. So. Yeah. Decent AoE, Enrage and uber-vengeance or low tier tanking essentials are basically only reasons to go into Shaman.
