    Yes they do, each tick has it's own chance to crit.

    Yes they crit, but it's calculated every tick.

    any buffs we get "after crit" like the +15% inq damage talent, only count if the initial cast/tick crits.

    Spec changes, hence why we have 4 roles. Why would people bother posting spec?
