Default Enabling quick Soul set changes

You can reset your souls and essentially "respec" your character at will. However, you will wind up having to redo abilities & action bars etc which then will use up a fair amount of time. For a tank or healer that switched from a DPS spec to facilitate a dungeon run, that means 5 people sitting around waiting not having much fun.

I would be a good improvement to the UI to allow a player to store templates, or profiles for several Soul combo templates that save distribution of points and the setup of action bars. In this way having to change roles for a group setting wouldn't waste a lot of people's time. The information being player selectable statistics it should be able to be stored client side without any problems just not sapping server space & bandwidth to save. Essentially it would be a macro that would immediately populate the chosen spec based on the players predefined choices.

For the inevitable 10 year old trolls that will start screaming "OMG this will RUIN the game!1!!111!!!!" - The ability to change specs is already in the game. Go back to bed, maybe get mommy to fill your bottle with warm milk to make you feel better - but you don't have to come on here flaming every idea or improvement to the game people suggest.

You can do exactly what you are asking already. Purchase additional roles from your trainer. You can have up to four roles set up...once you buy them. This covers your example scenarios perfectly.

Belated reply, but thank you. I hadn't found that out yet at the time I posted this (and probably didn't have the 30g to buy the second at that point).

RTFM would be the standard response but a lot of the gameplay seems to be tribal knowledge in these games, ie there is no manual.
