I slam the wound with my shield
It's not a damage meters fault you can't hit a certain dps and others similar to you can, it's the fault of your bad gear, bad spec, or bad rotation. So stop getting mad at the meters and invest some time into not being bad.

I blocked your initial attack, so the wound didn't cut as deep as it should have.

Oh... wait... sorry, that was actually a reasonable answer

well lets not forget how awesome it is when you get to block the bleed tick and that block damages the bleeder AND heals you. I have actually healed MORE with the block heal than the bleed tick was doing and so came out net positive. This was in beta. It was awesome.

There was actually a time when the mob was dead, but i had a bleed on me... and the blocks healed me all back up. Was win.

    So win.

I can see it really bugging off rogues, er... assassins.

Yeah that would be fine if every bleed tick was blocked, but it's just individual ones

    ?

If so, sounds like a block with DOTs proccing a block chance per tick.

I believe critical fall damage should stay

I remember this one time when I was 14, and me and my friends were jumping off the 2nd story of a building for fun

3 of us Jumped and landed just fine, the 4th guy broke his leg. Clearly he took critical fall damage

(oh and the 5th guy chickened out after the 4th guy broke his leg, what a wuss)

I believe that the block actually reduces the dot tick by the amount your block does. This is for attacks that can be blocked. Bleeds can be blocked apparently. I remember in beta, as i said, i was fighting mobs (paladin) that had bleed attacks. Mobs died. Bleeds where on me. My health was not max. As the bleeds ticked and i saw my blocks popping up i noticed my health also going up. Now... this is also cause paladin heal on block... but i bet that a blocked bleed tick ticks for less.

    Anyone can test and see?

    duel some assassins?

same way you crit bleed, both should not happen aswell as physical damage reduction from armor on bleed.
