Default Is there macro that causes a character to have a % chance to yell something

So basically, I want to make a macro that causes my character to yell a phrase when I perform a specific attack. I understand how to make that happen, but I don't want him to do it every time because the move will be done often and sometimes I'll be mashing it, which could cause the phrase to be repeated often. Is there any way to make it have say, a 30% chance of yelling the phrase upon using the ability or anything similar?

Is there a /castrandom style macro in rift? If so you could use that to accomplish your goal, but I'm not sure if there is.

So you want to make a macro, like an interrupt macro, that yells "I interrupted %target 's %spell"
Afaik making macros that scour the combatlog for successful interrupts isn't doable?

    Code:
    /cast <interrupt spell>
    /yell Interrupted
    and stop mashing ^^

Worst case scenario is just make a macro that yells what you want and choose to hit it when you want to yell it.
