    Default class with great uptime

I'm looking for advice on a class. I want a toon who is ranged, can kill a mob before it gets to me (or have a pet to hold aggro), who either doesn't take much damage or has some regen ability, and also has good control of resources (mana or energy, rage etc.)

Pretty much I want a class who can pull mob after mob without the need to sit and drink or eat.

A toon made for easy leveling.

Prolly Ranger + Riftstalker + Whatevs, to get enough points for Rift Scavenger.

    have fun.

Seriously tho, Bard/Ranger may not be the fastest level combo, but very hard to die.

Can one of those classes pop off any sort of self heal?

    Warlock/Archon
    Warlock/Chloromancer
    Warlock/Necro

Warlock can transform Charge into Health, and Health into Mana, thus turning him into a battery with no downtime.

Warlock/Archon will be able to take more hits (Archon gives much higher stats, armor and health)
Warlock/Chloromancer will be able to heal himself, and thus complete the circle (Burn through mana, spend health to get more mana, heal self with Chloro)
Warlock/Necro will have a pet, and Necro will give you the ability to heal others then spend your Charge to replace your health.

Definitely not the only way to do it, but these are builds with very little downtime.

ThAts real easy if you want to be a mage then chloromancer with necromancer or elementalist would be the best combo.

Chloro / warlock is also a great combo.

Riftstalker self-heals for up to 30% health if his current target dies with combo points. That's what Rift Scavenger is.

    1 CP = 6% health.

In other callings, I've found Cleric: Inquisitor/Warden/Purifier(0 point just for the shield) pretty easy, can pull multiple mobs with no problem lots of self healing through HoTs, plus your DoTs can heal you and you get a nice damage shield.

Ranger/bard, hands down. Pig aggro is tough to beat. The pet heal is pretty huge, and 8 pts in bard gives you healing on cadence for when fecal matter hits the rotary impeller. The greater pig has aoe taunt, and there are some nice aoe damagers by then also.
