Default Proficience drop off on roles

Just out of curiosity, I wanted to get some thoughts on the progressive proficiency drop off on the number of souls.

Primarily a PvE player will play a main soul or a main role to quest and level...PvP is going to have a different spec. PvE players will no doubt have a tank and dps specs...others may have healing and dps specs...

Do you guys think there will be a % (or whatever) proficiency drop off based on the number of roles a player has?

Ex: 1st role would a player becomes real good at and plays it at 100%+ proficiency, soul 2 maybe 80%, soul 3 maybe 50%, soul 4 maybe 30%?

I like the diversity in the soul tress, but I fear this may become an issue. I read posts here all the time where players are having issues putting their 1st soul combo together.

(edit) sorry for the terrible spelling

No, I don't think so. It's rather ones interest and chance to test/play said role (not soul in this regard) that would determine how proficient they will become in it.
