    Default Healing Reduction Skills

    What skills reduce healing?

    I know Rogue:Nightblade has Fell Blades, and Warrior: Reaver has Spetic Wounds. Plus there is anathema (which i think everyone gets). Is there anything else?

    Reavers also have necrotic wounds.... that 30% healing reduction, like they need it.

    Chloro's have Blight - 10% healing reduction for 8s (30sCD) & removes all current HoT's.

    Ranger has Master Huntsman though not worth using Ranger lol

    (Well 15% done and 15% received)

    The ranger dire wolf has a healing reduction debuff too.

    Numbing Cold
    Fell Blades
    Vampiric Munitions
    Blight
    Necrotic Wounds combined with Septic Wounds
    Soul Sickness combined with Vile Affinity
    Master Huntsman from Ranger
    Edit: Almost forgot Essence Link

    Technically, Death Touch will reduce Physician and Liberator healing output. Won't affect Clerics and Mages.

    defiler - Bond of Corruption (10% healing reduction on enemy, healing yourself for 125% of the healing stolen)

    Why? Because every other heal debuff in the game was normalized to 10% and placed in the same stacking group? Or because all of them besides the weapon enchants (Fel Blades and Vampiric Munitions) are single target (they have an extremely reduced chance to proc on aoe attacks)? Or because they are all either on the gcd or have significant impact on your dps (giving up Smoldering Blades or Silver Tip Munitions/Static Shock Munitions are both horrible ideas)?

    Just because Reaver has a passive, unique, aoe-applicable, heal debuff that is 300% more effective than any other in the game with absolutely no negative impacts on their outgoing damage doesn't mean anything is out of line.

    Also, this kinda? can get added Dominator - Malevolent Shield: Absorbs 50% of healing done to the enemy, up to a total of [value] health over 10s.

    Retribution - the cleric PA one.

    One of justicar's things has a PvP specific effect which reduces healing based on the number of points in justicar that was added in the same update which made the melee souls' charge abilities do different stuff in PvP.
