    Question Another returning player, sorry!

Hey guys, i haven't played Rift in years and i was looking for some recommendations on which class to play.

I'll be focusing on mainly PvP but i will try some 5 man dungeons as well. I just don't have time to raid. I would like to heal and wanted to know which class is the most versatile and fun these days?

I see so many new souls that can heal now, even on rogues and warriors! I really enjoyed Chloromancer healing back in the days, so I'm looking for something similar, lots of AoE healing for PvP.

    Cheers

If you're doing mainly PvP I wouldn't really recommend Mage (Chloro).
Its classic weakness of requiring an active target (and to be within range of said target) is as frustrating as it ever was.

Always good to see returning players! As for a suitable healing class.

A phystact( rogue) or straight phys in PVP is great these days
U could also cleric Puri or warden, also great healing souls for PvP.
Lib( warrior) is mostly Aoe heals and not amazing in most warfronts, it does shine in CQ, port scion and whitefall steppes.
Cloro still does well in those 3 pvp maps too. But in others it isn't the best choice.

    Welcome back.

    Thank you, appreciate the feedback!

I'm leaning towards physician right now, mostly because I've never played it before and also it seems to be the strongest out of the two.

Just be reminded that Physician isn't a free soul and you have to buy it with either money or in game credits.

Also, AoE healing isn't good for PvP. In PvP single target healing is king because it actually keeps people from dying.
