    Default Sentinel/Inquisitor build. Check it out

    So I want to make a healer who can handle raids and groups alike. I'm definately thinking sentinels are the way to go. They have good single target heals, some shields, some HoTs, and some really nice group heals. I went enough into sentinel tree so I could get the in-combat rez which will no doubt be very nice. I then went into the inquisitor tree for the awesome power-regen and crit chance it offers. with this build I beleive I can handle any encounter and almost never run out of mana. Lemme know what you think. any suggestions are appreciated.

    this is very similar to mine. 34 Sentinel/12 Inquisitor/5 Purifier. I think the 5% wisdom is going to be nice to have from the Purifier.

    Ok, I actually like that. I went a few more points to bring 10 more mana regen, but getting 5% wisdom instead seems like a nice little trade. Thanks for the reply

    Good builds. And I agree that the extra 5% wisdom is probably better unless you really need that little extra mana channel.

    For PvP, I like this variation http://www.riftrolebuilder.com/build...50000130300550
    It gets rid of the extra mana channel or 5% wisdom and gives you "Divine/Inspired Vengeance"... a 100% damage reflection for 6 secs after heal (overpowered much?). Also gives you "Empowering Light," an AOE seed bomb+heal.

    I like the OP build and the extra 5 wisdom. Really can't wait till more of this information that is on the calculator is solidified as being what we will be seeing in the future beta's and possibly release. Knowing that the possibility is there for changes on all soul trees kind of keeps me away from playing with the builds. I want to so bad but I also don't like wasting my time and then find out later on that they changed half the tree on any given soul.

    Even my dark passenger wants to play Rift.

    Oh I'm almost positive there will be changes. Especially the pvp build with the reflect for 6 seconds after a heal. That is way overpowered. I could just heal all day and never take damage while another pvp member blasts him away from behind. It is very true that changes will be coming. But they wont revamp the entire tree. I'm mostly playing with specs because I like to see how they stack up. If they remove a few things from every tree, it would like 5 minutes to redo the spec. Hopefully more info will be coming out soon. There's a lot of hype for this game and everyone is waiting for some concrete information.

    yea.. I'm not sure how often I'm going to be using "mana channel" so i didn't even think about taking that improved talent. I'm sure we wont use it a lot. When we do use it though its going to be valuable for the awesome mana return. From the way it looks atm, we will be using it during those few moments in raids where you need extra mana and have a moment to channel a spell. I really like this talent and hope it works out.

    I'm going to put some thought into my PvP build because as of right now I havent. Your build looks good though.

    I'm sure there is going to be a cool down that we are just not seeing atm. That's my thoughts on that talent. It definitely seems OP atm though.

    On the souls changing.. I'm with you. I don't care if they change because they probably will but I don't think they will change a lot.

    Ya without a doubt. I think the mana channel will be more of a "safe time" spell. Almost certain any damage will stop the spell, even 1 point of damage. So even an AoE will be cancelling it. Which isnt that big of a deal. If you can use a potion, and channel for a few seconds you should get some nice return and be able to get back in the game for a few more minutes while the CD is up. Hopefully the CD isnt rediculous like 10 minutes.

    I'd like to see what kind of pvp spec youre going for. I'll play around and post one in a little bit. Gotta play with it for a while.

    a "mana-over"time" potion plus mana channel will probably return a big chunk of mana. I honestly don't think mana channel will have a crazy cd because it's one of those spells you are not going to use a lot unless you are really in need of mana, but I personally think if we manage our mana right we will only have to use it every once in a while. idk though.. we will see.

    I will post my PvP spec asap. I currently don't have one because I honestly wont be PvP'ing a lot. I'm mainly a PvE'r. I'm going to focus on raids/dungeons, achievements, gathering/crafting, rifts, then if time permits i will pvp.
