here is the build i would run using those same 3 souls. i hesitate to take the stealh detection ability till know how well it works. Backhand blow looks awesome but i just dont see 44 points worth spending in the beastmaster tree.http://rift-planner.com/#?archetype=...19,5_&lang=eng

Speed buffs from RB and BM do not stack (Tested in B4). Spoils of the hunt is the best heal BMs can get. Nothing you had in RB was necessary and the points are better used in the Champ tree for perfect timing.

I would like to see back handed blow moved lower into the root abilities. I have not found a build yet where 44 pts in BM was beneficial.

It only works if you use fierce strike, only affects pet ability attacks, and only on the target you are attacking. I rarely if ever use it even as a primary BM.

Well I was thinking of the 5% hit and the plus 5% for 2 hander in the Champ soul.
That i hit more offcourse more hit is more dps. If the mob or player is higher i Dont miss that often.

I did alot of Beastmaster Vs Stealth tests
with equal level characters looking in the stealth characters direction
This is mostly an average guess but I stood around with a BM testing it out

Basic stealth vs no stealth detect can see stealth about: 5 yrds
Enhanced stealth vs no stealth detect about can see stealth about: 1-3yrds
Enhanced stealth + Elusive vs no stealth detect: You can stand on top of people they wont see you

Basic stealth vs Primal Senses 3 can see stealth about 15 yrds easy
Basic stealth vs Primal Senses 3 + Protective instincts can see stealth 20-25 yrds easy
Improved stealth vs Primal Senses 3+ Protective instincts can see stealth 8-10 yrds
Improved stealth + Elusiveness vs Primal Senses 3 + protective instincts can see stealth 3-5 yrds

So if you have Primal 3 + Protective Instinct and they only have basic stealth its like they are not even hiding.

But an Assassin that pops Elusive will still probably stab you in the face first

When I say Improved stealth I'm talking about Silent footsteps not just perma stealth.
