Default Pyromancer Question: Ignition + Flicker?

Does anybody know if Ignition affects Flicker's cooldown (ah-ha-ha... cooldown with a fire spell)?

Ignition "decreases the cast time of Fire spells by x%." It's ambiguous whether Flicker counts as a Fire spell or not.

Flicker is probably a flame spell but cast time and cooldown are two different things. Since flicker has no cast time it is not affected by Ignition.

No it doesn't. The tooltip mentions cast time, not cooldown.

What Ignition does is reduce your cinderburst to a 4.8 sec cast, other cast time spells by the 20% stated. Cooldowns are not affected. As Flicker is instant cast it also gains no benefit from Ignition.

    Hope that helps.
