Default DPSing Non Melee Cleric built on Instant cast

ok guys i think ive figured what im going with. it gonna allow me to instant cast 95% of mi skills or channel them as well as getting buffs and healing abilities. If I counted correctly i have 3 instant dots, 4 instant damage skills,3 instant channeling skills and 7 different instant heals, As well as being about to do many this like heal party thru damage, slow targets, etc. This that are important to PVP (where I spend much of my time. So her it is let me know what you think. the biggest down fall is i will have no rez ability w this build

I'm interested in building a solid non-melee DPS cleric with some healing as well.

In the beta I put points primarily into Inquisitor and Purifier, worked very effectively in PVE, never got a chance to try PVP. I only got up to level 13 due to starting the beta on the last day.

However..why not go Inquisitor / Purifier / Warden?

Warden comes with several instant damage spells and several good heals.

Definitely replace Justicar with Warden. Justicar is a melee soul first off, and it's actually a tank, not a healer. I think Warden would be more what you're looking for. Has a nice spammable instant cast DD, a knockback and a cleanse within the first few skills. Lots of nice HoTs since that's their speciality, so great for healing and keeping yourself up on the move, and a first tier skill to increase damage on instant cast abilities. So I'd go mostly in Inq and then the rest in Sentinel and Warden.

    My instant dhot specialist build:

    http://dl.dropbox.com/u/14031925/rif...3215,5_3217,5_

    This gives you
    +10% instant damage
    > +15% instant heals
    > 5 hots, most of which are instant, a couple group based. (And one that stacks! )
    2 instant nukes
    2 or 3 instant dots
2 channeled spells: 1 heals, 1 restores mana, and both snare
    an instant snare
    an instant AoE fear(!)
    2 damaging instant knockbacks
1 cure (if purifier as the second soul you can cure all)
    a mez
    a root break
    a purge
    several ways to regen mana.
A lot of buffs and utilities

With this build you never have to stop moving, just run around in circles casting hots on everyone and dot anyone that gets in range. If someone is in your face, just knock them back and snare/mez them.

I'm trying to decide between this and a heavy Justicar/Warden/Shaman for battle resses, and the 51 point heavy hitting melee heal. If I end up being too delicate or finding myself constantly crowd controlled I'll probably migrate towards this ranged build.

I also forgot about factoring in a pvp soul, problem is from what i see its mostly defensive type stuff and no offensive, wonder if it would be bad decision not to use the pvp soul...

Also reason i was using justicar was for the skill that allows my damage to heal me, think i van get my non justicar skills to 11% and then the group heal much higher for health returns, theres a lot of good defensive stuff in there too
