Just wondering what it is. D;
Id just go for regular ol' cleric stats and try to get some dex where you can. but since you can turn spell power into atk, you'll find more stuff with wisdom/int, thus that'll be what you grab.

Best stats for Shaman are on leather gear.
your wisdom is your STR.

The issue I see with wearing leather gear is for one, you still use a lot of air damage etc which seems best benefited by wisdom and int. Also, as a melee that uses a mana pool and with AoE taking quite a bit of mana wisdom is your main mana source. I see it being more beneficial all around to do as already said. Stack mainly wisdom and int, but add some dexterity when possible (such as planar essences.)
You get benefits in both Shaman and Druid tree for spell power/crit being changed into ap/phys crit. And I strongly recommend as shaman using druid as a main offspec, and vice versa.
