Define spammable. To me spammable means you can cast it over and over forever.

CLerics have AoE heals, but the low mana pools and high mana cost of the heals make them far from spammable.

The Justicar/Inquistitor/Sentinel build is a support build which allows you to put out a reasonable amount of group/aoe healing with Doctrine of Loyalty as you dps.

But there are no spammable heals for a cleric (or mage) due to mana (for clerics) and cooldown (for mage).

The chloromancer doesn't have a "spammable AOE heal" so much as a mechanic by which the damage done by the chloromancer can be converted to healing for the group or raid. This means we have to be doing damage to something in order to be healing. "I nuke, therefore I heal" is the chloro's motto.

We have one direct group/raid heal, Flourish, that has a 2-second cast time (0 with talents) and a 20-second cooldown.

Every single healer has the ability to spam aoe healing. Some better than others but none are without it completely.
Maybe he just wanted to steal our wire cutters. You ever think of that?

Yup, that's it. Basically, no cooldown.

    Bard has Cadence.
Chloro has Vile Spores + Lifegiving Veil.

Lol. Bards don't have a spammable aoe heal.

    They have group health-regen.

And every single Cleric has access to Reparation. So every healer has spammable AoE heals.

Bard has more of a spammable group heal (4 second cast time effectively) with 3 of those seconds being covered by cadence spam(true AOE HOTlike) and motif of regeneration(10 Person hot) coda of restoration 5 person group heal.

Compared to my cleric my bard despite the lead time to group heal except on the rift, coda of restoration combo just feels much nicer than the cleric. Granted bard is limited to 10 people on the motif, 5 people on the restoration but the yellow bar makes it feal spammable unlike a blue bar cleric. And I imagine virtuoso coda of restoration spam would be pretty effective every 15 seconds but I haven't gotten my rogue high enough to test that yet.

Cleric has more timing control but can sustain it much less.
