Default Give me a reason to roll a Warrior instead of a Cleric, I can't find one

My main is a rogue and completely different play style so I have nothing to compare there.

I rolled a warrior alt and am level 36, and so far I cannot see any reason to keep going. Why bother? A Cleric can do anything I can do and heal or rdps if they want as well.

Clerics can tank, heal, rdps, or mdps as well as have a combination of all 4 due to the soul system.

Unless you just want to play a warrior I don't see the point.

I wanted to add (stupid no edit) the question "does it get better at 50?"

I pvp mostly so that is important to know.

    You have better looking weapons?
Also the fun of knowing you are the underdog...

Don't roll a warrior if you can roll a cleric, right now clerics are far better off at 50.

I cannot see them changing this mechanic, they may tone clerics down some but it will likely remain as is.

More CC? More DPS? If you like being a self-healing, low to moderate dps tomato, then maybe you should roll a cleric.

you're definitely doing it wrong if your dps is 'low to moderate'.

He said PvP. If you go in to PvP with a Druid/sham/inq with no real healing, you will die before you can do any of that dps. Raid DPS spec is not a PvP spec. Any PvP cleric will have less dps than a PvP Dps warrior, as well as less cc and no heal debuff.

Warriors is funnier... if you have a cleric heal behind you.
    Ironic isn't it?

And I don't know for your Cleric guildmate but my warrior can roll 1.2k DPS on multi mobs pull. And I get up to 1.8k DPS. At level 40.

    Plate ;)

Seriously, there is no real reason right now if you are on reroll. A build change gets you everything as a cleric so you can play tank or healer or DPS (ranged or melee). Not all at once - mind you (well, maybe 2 of the 3).
