Leaves on the Wind (Faeblight RP Guild) hosted its first 'Night Beneath the Sagebrush' event, where a round of questions were put to the participants. Congratulations goes out to Aramid of Leaves on the Wind and Lisava of Petals of Mariel-Taun for ending the night with the highest scores!
Some of the questions asked are below. The event was presented as a game and a learning opportunity, and I think it met its goal!

.) A grove of mighty trees, as solid and grey as their namesake stone, once stood in this place. Considered a sacred testament to the might of the Gods, this entire grove was shorn to the topsoil and became fuel for machines of war. What is it called now?
.) Housed in the forever-home of Elvenkind, this sacred artifact is where Tavril made her covenant with the Elves and bade them to protect the untamed lands forevermore. Guarded over by a statue of stone grown from a mighty tree, what is the name of the artifact?
.) An extension of the Silvered Woods, this area of the forest has been corrupted by lingering Shade pockets that have poisoned the soil and water. Home of a hag and a curse, what is this place now called?
.) Once the Eth found an abundance of sourcestone here, they called upon and bound great titans from the Earth Plane to serve as docile guardians to protect their mines. Stone is patience embodied, and in time the titans rose up against their masters and brought on a bloody war that lasted for years. What is the name of this battlefield?
.) Enshrouded in an icy chill that is both born of Nature and unnatural, these jagged peaks are home to the Icewatch, who keep a vigilant eye over Crucia's final resting place. What is this place called?
.) In the Highlands, a group of dwarves left the safety of their delve and continued life nearby beneath the alien sky. Leaving behind friends and kin, they sacrificed the comforts of home to protect and guard it. What name did they call themselves?
.) Ruler of an endless expanse of dust and bone, this rot-tongued member of the Blood Storm is called the Devourer of Worlds. With a cult that has found purchase wherever despair and power collides, he would consume us all and stretch his bloated corpse across the heavens. Who is he?
.) Named the Storm Queen by her mindless thralls, she wields manipulation, coercion, and mind-control with a marksman's precision. Destroyer of the Elven Heart Grove, she chills now within the halls of her temple-like prison buried beneath a mountain of enchanted ice. Who is she?
.) Reveling in an inferno of destructive indulgence, the Flame Sire is chaos incarnate. Goblins, dragonians, devils, and kobolds serve as his Wanton heralds, setting spark to tinder and igniting firestorms for pleasure alone. Who is he?
.) Wherever his mighty footsteps would fall, hungry plants would rise up in his wake to choke out civilization with a breath of verdant poison. Pitting man-against-man, beast-against-man, or any combination in an endless and feral competition, the Primeval One both uses and is used by his Aelfwar sychopants. Who is he?
.) Maddened before he even set sights upon Telara, the Profane sips of nightmares like a vintner partakes of a rare vintage. Those Abyssal who seek any path to power, and would find it at the watery shore of forbidden knowledge, would call upon him as a patron. Who is he?
.) It is said when Telara was shaped, the God of the Sea wove the clouds from his own breath and filled its deep hollows with life-sustaining water. 19.) After forging Telara, he breathed life into the spirits that aided him and set them upon the earth as the first Dwarves. Wherever hammer strikes anvil, stone is mortared, or a new trade is passed on from master to apprentice, the one called The City is there encouraging us to learn and share with our brethren. Who is he?
.) She is The Land, where the wind is her breath, the streams are her veins, and the earth is her flesh. It was she who created the High Elves, yet she nurtures and nourishes all with her bounty and gifts. Every rift tear is an open sore upon her body and spirit. Who is she?
