    This would be a great way to develop Telera's Lore. If they really wish to emulate WOW's commercial success, the need the history and Lore development to go with it.

    To be perfectly frank, I'm fine with the short stories on the website.

    You really shouldn't have to drop 20 bucks for a paperback just to figure out what's going on in the storyline.

    I kinda agree with that, but I also like how I could grab a WoW novel and read it on a plane flight or when I'm not at a computer.

    Given that a paperback is about 5 bucks ($20? What paperbacks are you buying?), I'm fine with dropping that money for a well-written story about a game I enjoy, especially to get some more background about the culture and day to day life. There's only so much that can be expressed in the game, after all, before players who aren't interested start whining about walls of text.
