Zone Events and Rifts
I have noticed a trend lately for zone events that involve closing rifts as an objective: There aren't enough rifts, and sometimes closing one of the proper type does not yield credit towards the zone event.
Example: Hammer and Flame in IPP yesterday. There were no earth or fire rifts open until several minutes after the event started. There were a TON of air rifts. A major earth rift opened, I closed it and it did not count towards the zone event. Eventually some minor earth and fire rifts appeared, they counted, and we were able to finish the event.
Another event where this happens frequently is the earth invasion for EI. I always have to wait on earth rifts to appear. I'm convinced at this point that the spawn rate is intentially set to lengthen the event.
I hope that Trion would consider adding a feature to ensure that rifts are present if they are a required objective for a zone event.
The one that didn't count was probably opened by someone with the PA ability for opening a major/minor earth rift, those do not count for some reason.
Escort event in shimmersand over tuned
That is over tuned. Increasing the difficult to 300%. Full of elite and mob, which out number the player 10 times, also adding the invasion pointed 3 times more. Rate of the invasion mob is in supershort time. I experienced once that player even can't completed 5% of the event. And each player alreade died few times. I am not sure whether there are any other badly twist in other events.
