Investigation still bugged

Just closed 2 major earth and fire rifts... no orders. I guess it will auto complete tomorrow anyway...

I closed some and got 2 each, and some got none... are you sure it's just not random?

Seems that if people that are not in your group come along and start killing in rift you opened - you don't get orders.
They can be another group from same faction or defiant.
Every time we opened and closed rifts with out interference, we got 3 orders

The only thing I can think of is you weren't contributing enough during the last phases where the orders actually drop. Or yeah, still bugged.

Investigation will not drop its quest item. I've tried 2 zones, 2 different major fire lures (with 2 different people) and opeing a major rift (opened as a Major Earth) with out a lure. No orders, and no way to advance ont his quest to the others down the line.

Please fix this, extend the quest deadline.

On a whim we decided to try a major rift in the Dunes of Akala.

It worked, we got orders, one for each phase. I think when they fixed the issue on orders not doping int he dunes they bugged it so that orders ONLY dropped int he dunes. Or that they only dropped from Major rifts that open on their own, we're not sure yet, will update.

Ok, I think we figured it out. You now only get them on bonus stages of earth and fire rifts in the Dunes of Akala, you can open them yourself or find one that is already open.

Or not, as we just opened a major rift and got nothing...sigh...we're out of ideas.

You better fix this and extend this phase.

I just assumed it was RNG, I spent roughly an hour with my friend doing them. We just ran around Stillmoor closing rifts and opening rifts from the tears.

Same issue. Closed two dif major fire rifts in Stillmoore yesterday. One I solo'd from start through end of stage 5, the other I joined 2 others on stage 1 and we closed. Neither dropped any orders.

This bug only started with the most recent patch. A few days before did multiple majors of different kinds in Shimmersands and got two orders off of every one, 1 stage 4, one for stage 5.

Nice to see that you haven't bothered to fix this before the phase turns over.

You release bugs that we report on test, you haven't fixed a year long issue with some people's graphics cards, and you you brake quests when you try and fix them.

Why are we paying for this again? Come on now. You're loosing us 3 PA levels, 300 currency and a fire effect item with this. Just fix the damn thing!

Is there no way to get the fire effect after the phase 1 is over? I just completed the 15 Invasion orders (coz of the damn bug) and im not getting the next quest in line.

I was able to get the next quest "connecting the dots" from the guy under the tent in miridian.

You can complete this quest by going to the Dunes of Akala

Wait for Major Tears to appear

Use your regular planar lure, not any PA acquired lure, on the major tears.

You get three orders from completing every major rift with 6 stages. You wont get anything from major rifts with 5 stages. Most of the rifts we opened when I helped my friend last night were 6 stage rifts so it was pretty easy.
