A Question about Quest Design (for Groups)
Recently, 3 of my friends and I rolled some alts and begin a static leveling group. The 4 of us would log in and level up together. At the moment we are all about to hit 38 and have noticed a large portion of the quests tend to be geared towards the solo quester as far as updates go.
My Question is this, Why are any and all quests that require the looting of an object (specifically from a harvestable) singular updates?
The reason i ask as it is becoming increasingly frustrating to us as a whole to have to do a quest multiple times.
Wouldnt it be easier (read fun) to have thing that needs to be harvested on an instant spawn or a have them be a group update?
or was there a design choice behind this that i just dont understand?
