How about branching out to make alliances with other guilds? Pretty simple really. Make friends, exchange guild members each raid as needed. Implementing baby/dumb down versions of 20 man raid content would just waste resources that Trion could use to implement new content imo.

On another note, "accessible" is a really dangerous word in the MMO world. I'm sure the OP doesn't care, but to core and more hardcore gamers, "accessible"=casual and we don't want to get into another casual vs. hardcore argument again. However, i will say..since you brought it up, making statements like "it's not fair that raiders get better gear than non-raiders" is just ridiculous. Get over it.
