- No extra bags on my existing characters (I understand this is a known issue)<br />
- No Storm Legion Souls (Sadface)<br />
- Perhaps most distressing, I got 30 days of &quot;game time&quot; and therefore patron status with the game, which the game is NOT recognizing. I didn't get the loyalty for the AH access I should have, and I don't have the access to the bonuses for leveling, etc. As this is a limited time thing, I am really wanting to get it fixed ASAP.<br />
<br />
When I made a ticket in game, it got switched to resolved right away. Um. No. Not resolved.</div>

I owned Storm Legion before the game went F2P then suddenly lost it.<br />

I still have the title and still get the mail when I make a new character that says thanks for purchasing storm legion.<br />
<br />
I just dont know why I dont have the souls :(<br />

I submitted a ticket but they told me it would be fixed. That was on the day F2P came out and I see people running around using their storm legion souls and I'm still unable to do it.<br />

Please help!</div>

I've recently had to make a new account because I'm having a hard time getting help to recover my old account. I paid for a whole year from October 2011-October 2012. I chose not to play anymore after the expiration date. However, since I heard Rift is F2P now I'd like to get back into the game. Unfortunately I've had the hardest time trying to seek help in retrieving my old account that I paid for a year's subscription for. Who wants to grind from Lv.1 again back to cap level? I've already three level 50's so why start all over again? Not to mention, the perks I should be receiving in-game since <i>I am</i> a previous subscriber. <br />
<br />
&quot;Forgot password&quot; is useless after a year, who remembers their own security questions? I tried &quot;Contact Us&quot; and found the Live Chat and Email features. I chose not to sit around for hours on end for the Live Chat and chose to Email. That was even disappointing. The Email directed me right back to the Live Chat via URL.<br />
<br />
Calling was senseless as well. I was told Trion does not support Customer Support via phone and was transferred to Voicemail, I left my message. Shortly after I received an email only to be directed through a link straight to online support. This is not very helpful when I see a message stating &quot;You should be connected to an agent in about 03:00:08&quot;. In fact, I'm tempted to even rip my hair out and say <i>Screw This</i>.<br />

Here is a screenshot of that Live Chat window. Mind you, the time of this screenshot was taken at 16:50 PM EASTERN so in 3+ hours, it's too late because 7P is the cut-off time!<br />

I've never had to jump through this many hoops when Trion launched Rift when it came to customer support. In fact, I could even communicate with GM's in-game. I feel Trion is drifting away when it comes to Customer Support. At this rate, I'll never play this game again if I'm forced to sit around my computer for 3+ hours only to tap away on my keyboard.<br />
<br />
I'm hoping that by posting here on the forums that I'm going to get someone's attention who is actually going to help me directly to end my frustration. I'll gladly provide my Email linked to my old account via PM to a Mod here on the forums so I avoid spammers in the threads.</div>

I got the auto consumable Account Functionality Extension and 7000 Loyalty Points when Free to Play hit. My free game time subscription ran out yesterday. Today I tried to post an auction, yet I get a message stating I don't have enough loyalty points to create an auction. I have been hearing you need 1500 loyalty points to create auctions, has this been changed? Or is it not applicable to the accounts that applied the Raptr giveaway code? New characters can be created and played through fine without issues. When you try to access the actual game though, Silverwood, the loading screen always freezes.<br />
<br />
It hits 95% and then stops while trying to &quot;load character data&quot; which is 0% and stays at 0% for hours on end. Tabbing in and out of the game does not help. Letting it load in the foreground or background makes no difference. <br />
<br />
The game is not fully downloaded so we tried letting it sit longer but that did not help either. The rest of the group started playing the game with less than a GB downloaded while this copy cannot load Silverwood with over 3GB downloaded. <br />
<br />
I have tried searching all over, reading all the threads that seem like they might be close to this issue, using google and the forum search as well as the Trion self help section. I have been sitting in the live chat queue for 3 hours and based off the rate of movement so far should be another 4-7 hours. <br />
<br />
Does anyone have any solution? Any ideas we can try? Witchcraft is accepted if the ritual can be completed without a sacrifice and relatively quickly.<br />

EDIT: The game runs at 25fps with max settings all on. The computer has a 3Ghz quad core with 4GB of ram and a Radeon 7750 overclocked. The internet speed averages 90 kilobytes per second but can go higher or lower. The minimum requirements are well met.</div>
