[Brisesol]problem with ingame shop. item not received but diamonds as been count down

i purchased a pants leather armor : Haut-de-chausse galvanisé for 9450 diamonds this morning but i did not have received it.
No mail mesage ingame, no item in my bags.Attachment 39598

Could you help me to receiv it or send me back my diamonds ?

I can see on my game account that the transaction has been registered but i don't have the item.
